Experience Life International (ELI 360) is committed to helping students and parents succeed in their international education and professional development. To this end, we initiated the University Student Priority One program. This program will assist both the parents and most importantly the student effectively undertake a cross-culture learning endeavor.
While the practice of study abroad has been in existence for decades and has proven to enhance the international student's professional career and social preparedness, a wrong decision while overseas could also cost heavily. Over 20 years of working with international students provides ELI 360 the ability to understand the needs of international students and know many of the answers or solutions to those needs.
Simple obstacles from how to dial overseas telephone numbers to complex needs like banking services are managed and overcome with simplicity. ELI 360 views the student as its highest priority. Our success is dependant on the success of the student. We recognize that such a major undertaking as studying in a cross-culture environment can be overwhelming. Therefore, we have worked diligently to reduce Everest-like mountains to manageable hills any student can handle on their way to completing their degree.
The Priority One program will assist the student and family with pre departure issues and with campus orientation once the student has arrived in their new community. Assistance continues for the student throughout the first year and after graduation with expatriot reentry consulting. Members of this program will receive preferred care from airport pick up to highly focused, individual counseling sessions during the first semester to facilitate effective enculturation. The student will be only one call away from any answer during the first three months of their university experience. ELI 360 is well networked with the universities it supports and will help facilitate the student's integration into student life and the university's services.
